I saved myself £50 by making a side window in my Lian LI V1000. I can't believe how expensive are all the accessories for the Lian Li. Here is a pic of how it turned out, perfectly straight and smooth edges, used rivets instead of glue or sticky tape. Need to work on the inside of the case a bit more now, planning some UV stuff.

I've used an electric jigsaw with a metal cutting blade and a dremel just to smooth and polish ot the sharp edges. The aluminium is 2mm thick and it's too much to cut with a dremel.

Looks like you did a good job there!

Although windows are not my style at all, the rivets make it look ok; maybe a little to much going on but I think would be better in person. Still not to my taste.
