OS transfer onto another HD?

Can you transfer Windows Media Center from one hard disc to another? At the moment I'm using a 20GB 2.5" but plan to fit a 320GB as boot/data drive, then remove the 20GB. If I connect both hard discs to the one in my sig will it be a simple process of copying everything from H: (20GB) to I: (320GB) I've spend some time sorting out MCE and rather have to do a fresh install/setup.

You cant just copy the contents from one drive to the other, as it would miss out the boot sectors etc. What you need to do it 'clone' the drive with a program such as Norton Ghost or Acronis Trueimage.

Yep! Although if you have dynamic disks you may run into problems.
