i thought 150 from any tmobile phone charged you 10p/min as per flext rules? So flext mins are used up whilst waiting in the queue and talking to the CS operator.

Am I charged for calling Customer Services from my handset?
100% matches
No, you will not pay for the customer service call if you have dialled 150 from your handset.

im a CSA for T-Mobile, Calls to CS from your handset arent charged on Flext or Relax and dont use any allowance,

on certain Online plans such as FreeTime Max or plans with the online discount (Self Serve) calls are charged at 50p/min (Max £5 per call), but only one those select few plans.

TIP:
The 2 quickest ways through the automated system are:

1 - through the lost&stolen path, Dial 150- Press 4 - Press 1 - Press 0 , though this does show on our system as a lost and stolen call, so be warned.

2 - doing nothing at all. once u hear the choices dont press anything, they will then be repeated twice more then youll be automatically transfered through to CS.

though neather of these affect hold time im afraid,
