Hey have manged to get my 3700+ to 2.8ghz, and it gets to 45 load which is hot imo maybe not to you but, I have a alaska amber sat around doing nothing, and if i was to cut a hole in the side of my case and put it over where my cooler sucks air in would that cool it a bit more? or would it be best to put it above my HD as that hits 53c :O

Cheers guys

The HD at 53c suggests you have an airflow problem in your case. The air around the HD isn't being cooled at all and is becoming stale resulting in the high temperature. I suggest you fix that problem as a priority because around 55c is the absolute max temperature you would want a HD to reach.
