Basically, couldn't leave the fans, thought about leaving to barca but seeing the performance on wed solidified his confidence in the team and he couldn't leave that.
He felt london was his hometown
Couldn't let down the fans
Thought premier league was the best to play in as even when you lose, fans still respect you and clap afterwards.
He also said about his wife and about how papers were saying he was integral to the class of the premier league, which he said he could not ignore.

I think that's the gist of it.

Arsene said he was looking for a couple on signings(no names dropped).
