the 939 Dual SATA II isn't an nForce 410/6100 board.

As far as I'm aware, the best one for overclocking is the DFI Infinity RS482 and Biostar T-Force 939. The ones you suggested should clock reasonably well but voltage options would be limited. Within your choices, I'd say the Asus.

The Asus isn't very good for overclocking, at best I can get 200mhz extra out of a 3700+. But since I use CAQ I use stock CPU, and set to laptop mode. There's only a CPU FSB available, no CPU voltage or memory speed/multipler. I'm not great with OC'ing (see sig cannot get any higher) so dunno what exactly you need.

Biostar TForce 6100 is the best for overclocking. The Asus, MSI, Gigabyte and Foxconn boards based on the 6150 chip have more features though.

Have a look out for the DFI Infinity RS482 - even better! :)
