NEWlink USB 2.0 Multi Card Reader

Just got one this morning so I could use it for my camera. Plugged it in, device found and ready to use, where is this thing supposed to show up? how do I get my pictures of my card it didn't come with any drivers or manual

Mine shows up in Windows explorer as 3 or 4 seperate drives, didn't come with any drivers.

Now I plug it in and I get a message saying the USB Device has malfunctioned.
