ive been looking for a vinyl or Cafe Del Mar on ebay but there are so many remixes i just want the original, or is the original some sort of a remix?

Just look for Cafe Del Mar by Energy 52 original. There is a Marco V remix that i'm famailiar with but it's nowhere near as good as the original

i keep finding the three in 1 remix and the cosmic baby remix, but i listened to the original for the first time yesterday and it was incredible just want it on vinyl now for the coolness

It's not but most people consider the three in one mix to be the original and whoever said the marco v mix is rubbish needs to get his ears checked!
