Far Cry and HDR Help

When I enable this via console all is well, and it's obviously on, if a little over the top... The problem comes when I quit, the game just hangs my machine and I have to reset, this doesn't happen when HDR is off.

Is there a fix for this?

Uninstall & Re-install of the game?

As I've never had a problem with this game & running HDR.

Might be worth upgrading/downgrading them.

I tried HDR and diddnt really notice a difference, i prob did it wrong lol

Can someone remind me how its done? Also is there a link to get 64bit textures on 32bit windows?
