as rock 939 new heatsink problem

hi there guys, i have just brought a nexus aop-6400 fan and heatsink for my as-rock 939Dual-SATA2, but it wont fit, there are 2 screws with the fan but there is nothing to screw into, just the hole on the motherboard. am i doing somthing silly?

please help guys

The board is one of the few that does not have a backplate included for behind the motherboard.. Ask in the Dual-Sata2 thread, someone there should be able to direct you on where to get one.
