I have an Akasa Ultra Quiet 400W Paxpower power supply at the moment in my rig shown below.

I am looking to upgrade to either a 1900 XTX or a 7900 GTX.

Which one of these will have the lowest power consumption so that I do not have to go out and buy a new power supply.
