Help ID this RAM

Just been given a stick of SDRAM. Can anyone ID it for me.

Its single sided with 8 chips each with the following printed on it :

Malysia 0073
9921 S88
5264165DTTB60 B60
PC100-322-60

Am i right in thinking these are 32mb chips, so 8x32Mb means its a 256Mb stick?

I googled the chip codes and it came up as 256mb for me
