Which shorts won't make me look like a fag?

In the recent hot spell my legs have been suffering, especially under exertion. Sticky trousers suck so I need some shorts. Now, any shorts I've tried wearing make me look like a complete and utter fag hence I need some inspiration for a pair that won't.

Suggest anything you fancy, as long as it's not a skirt. Would a picture of my shockingly fat and ugly frame help?

Pretty much the answer (must cover the knee really), 3/4 length = No.

Agreed was in Italy last week and brought nothing but various shades of combat shorts, had everything I needed in pockets all over the place, only downside is, on leaving the pub takes ages to find the car keys
