Iam trying to get an 8500 to work but I cant find drivers which will allow it to work properly. Directx fails the 3draw part (its not enabled even) and sometimes the 2draw part. The card is detected at dx8 correctly
The latest drivers install ok but then cause the computer to crash or freeze.

Is there a site which stores really old drivers, Ive tried a few but no luck yet. Maybe the card is broken, at the moment it just allows a display which judders down the screen when browsing, high res and colours are possible though

I have an ATi 8500 running in one of my pc`s just fine on cat 6.5, and all before it, with no issues. Ati`s site has plenty of previous driver sets on it.
