What is the best air cooler now?

Back when the XP-120 was the bees knees, I got one, well two

Now, fast forward 18 months, what is the VERY best aircooler money can buy?

Or should I stick with ma XP-120s?

the Ninja, or the tuniq are about as good as it gets !!
although gigabyte have a dual 120mm on the horizon !!, depends if your going for silence or performace really, i think those two are the best for both iirc

I'm getting more and more tempted to go back to air cooling, so am interested in what people think. Last time I air cooled my SP-97 was the daddy, so shows how out of touch I am!

In 18 months, not a huge amount has changed. The XP120 is still a monster of a cooler, but not quite the very best. As mentioned, you could get slightly better temps with the Scythe Ninja or the Tuniq Tower.
