Ah, that'll be 20% yields for PS3 cells though, and a lot of those 80% of chips can go off and be used on lesser intense applications with less cells activated etc.

I suppose since Sony have their own manufacturing plants for the cpu's that it will just be IBMs cpus that are going to be used and there will still be plenty for the ps3.

These things would be much better suited to cracking encryption or something though. I bet it could crack drm in about 10 mins. :D
