first thing to do is remove your overclock:confused: you cant test stability of anything while still overclocked, then install windows so its a good install. then over clock again a bit at a time until your instability returns. don't change to much at once either, one thing at a time.

Mac edition GTX-680 in my mac pro 5.1 2 x 3.46ghz cpu's 96g of ram Dual M2-980 pro's that write at 2800mbs read 2900mbs on dual M2 Pcie card. still use this machine daily and love it.
vega sapphire nitro X also goes in it, but no boot screens with that card.

Every windows release its like a rush to get it to look like the previous version :D I like the new win 11 its fresh and to me seems well laid out, nothing like win 8 was like. if you like win 10 then stick to it, supported for another 5 years. i will stick with win 11 as i like it.
Acquired an ASUS 14-1 Pin TPM2 Module for my Rog 10th anniversary X99 setup, and windows 11 was happy with everything apart from 6950x but it still installed via USB with no issues, also kept the 4.4g overclock on it. runs sweet and seems snappy to me.
These are my temps on my 3090fe with byski water block and back plate all run default with no over clocking at all. mem temp 74c after quake RTX for 45 mins.
