DPD are generally pretty good. Ordered stuff Wednesday, dispatched Friday for Tuesday delivery. Showed up today. No complaints!

Thanks all! Gone ahead and picked up a 5800X and assorted gear as largely laid out above. Would have got the 5800X3D but it's still pre-order only. Graphics card isn't an option at this point as it's being financed by someone else and there are limits to their generosity ;)
