Hi all. Just seen this thread, looking for advice April 22 - I'm about to get a M2 Nvme drive, I dont use the PC for games but its got a intel 3850 i5 in it and id like it to run as fast as possible. Currently I'm running the OS off a sata ssd.
A couple of questions - which drive would you...
I would definitely recommend the g7 32" as that price its a bargain. The curve you don't notice (i had my doubts) and its easier on the eyes. The G7 has had firmware updates, no issues for me. I play games on it, its stunning. I use a dell 24 and a G7.
I think that’s a bit harsh the games certainly not broken. It’s great fun, not perfect by any means. Outside of the quests and scoreboard doesn’t seem much else to do except for taking workshops but that’s a grind as every time you leave the game it resets any progress on workshop
This game’s brilliant now after a bad start back in 2018/19. Loving every minute of it, multiplayer really brought me around now to enjoying company in game but maps so big you can play it like single player if you want to.
I never had a curved monitor before I had a doubt too, I can honestly say it’s not noticeable/ obvious in gaming only enhances the game. It’s easier on the eyes, the display is fabulous.
Not at all too much - its true you don’t notice the curve in fact it enhances the experience especially on first person games ie fallout , battlefield etc
Had my g7 32” since February , no issues at all. Fallout 76 is what I play and it’s perfect. The curved screen is effortless to use & don’t notice it whilst playing games, if anything easier on the eyes than a flat32”
Watched the running man last night , 7/10 for me. Set in 2019 it’s showtime! Made on the best year for video games and computers ever! 1987. so then played the running man via my mister fpga on Atari at. Amiga. Amstrad, Commodore 64 and then the spectrum from grandslam games.
