Well, went to work in Melton on the bike the other night (GSX S 750) and on the way home Monday morning, a nice lorry driver decided to pull out on me at the Shoby Crossroads.
How I never came off I never know, I subconsciously slowed down approaching the junction and if I hadn't I would have...
I bought mine from 1-click log cabins.
4.5mx2.5m with 44mm thick walls.
Great to deal with, was a fair wait for it to be delivered (ordered Oct 20 and delivered Jan 21)
Used Osmo paint to cover it. At £75 for 2lts it isn't cheap, but it is very good and well recommended.
Agree with the bit above...
Fly screen has arrived and been fitted.
Have covered just over 300 miles before going under cover to escape our lovely climate the past week and a half.
It's so easy to ride, still watching the tyres before I start throwing it around a little more.
Yeah, all drivers are up to date.
Cable test comes back fine, but I noticed that the cable was bent double in a certain place and when moving wondering if there is not a poor connection / cable inside that section.
My Quest 2 is crashing when using Steam VR and the cable. Any games with steam vr play for a couple of minutes and then crash out to a black screen.
Just gonna try airlink, but I know that I will have latency issues. Up until a week ago, everything was gravy and working flawlessly.
So, I picked the bike up on the 2nd September. It has the best 3 letters for the last 3 on the reg:- RGV, you couldn't have made it up.:D:D
So, the bike.
Well, what an induction noise. Bear in mid I am still running it in, but at anything over 4-5k it sounds fantastic.
Enough power to please me...
Nipped down to see Brad at Powerslide and sat on the bike. Nive bloke and very helpful.
I am 6'4" and fairly hefty, but it felt comfortable and easier on the wrists than my old gixxer.
Just need to try and sort out a test ride on it, but it looks like it ticks the boxes I want ticking.
Well, due to work circumstances 4 years ago (ended up working away from home during the week) I ended up selling my Suzuki GSXR 750 SRAD as it wasn't being used much.
Cut to the present, I have moved jobs to a location where I am home every shift, so have started looking at bikes again.
