These for me, even with my CF lid, they do the trick.

Ouch that hurt a bit - Thank **** for ATGATT

I think at that point, it was just another part of my life - I knew that it would conclude at some point, and sometime in 2011 I heard rumblings from my Solicitors that it would be soon. So it became a bit like waiting for Christmas day I guess; I had also heard from various people (customers...

Ouch that hurt a bit - Thank **** for ATGATT

It is quite therapeutic to discuss it I think, and like sharing tips on riding, it might also help other riders. And it was quite an event in my life too - I will always have the scar on my arm to remind me, along with the lump of extra bone on my collar-bone, not to mention a smattering of...

Ouch that hurt a bit - Thank **** for ATGATT

That's exactly what the dozy **** who hit me got! Think it cost him £150, but he didn't get any points, and I never got an apology from him, even when everythign was settled.

Ouch that hurt a bit - Thank **** for ATGATT

Reply steal incoming!! :D I was doing an indicated 32 mph, when I got hit by a car back in 2008 - I recall that, as I was still new to riding then, and I glanced down when giving my exit signal on a roundabout - I saw a bonnet come into view and went to sleep! Hearing metal and plastic coming...

I rode from Swindon to Weymouth with no earplugs, back in 2007 on my Ninja 636 - first big ride after passing my DAS that year, and still have tinnitus from that :D Since then I have always ridden with earplugs, tried all sorts including some mould your own ones, but have settled on the yellow...

    *** Offers & Bargains, all Consoles ***

Wildlands was pretty good, but I sacked Breakpoint off within an hour - it just felt poor by comparison, I think the whole daft 'hub' just grated on me, and the odd robots on the map also felt a bit out of place (though you can turn them off).

What did you do to your bike today?

They look good, as least they don't look as daft as when people have bar end mirrors hanging downwards - these are nice and hidden away.

    Too Old ? ?

Do it - best thing I ever did (other than getting married and having a daughter that is lol)

What did you do to your bike today?

Bit more of rear-end tidying up with an eBay 2nd hand R&G purchase: Also used Fish Hill to bash the front chicken strips a bit :D Sadly had some fork stiction, so popped the dust seals and cleaned/greased up: Much better now, but I'll probably need a fork service later this year.

Tis the norm I'm afraid. The last 3 years of renewals I had from Hastings were always high, so I'd get a quote online and guess who beat them.... Hastings! Tried calling the first time to get them to price match, but they couldn't - so I cancelled my renewal, but took a new policy with them...

    Games you're playing, and games...

Reinstalled Metro Exodus for another play through, also replaying Mafia Definitive edition; shame there's no PS5 patch though

Love it! Sat on one a while back, and my short *** could actually touch the ground on both sides, not flat footed mind :D

    Journey to London

Tried to get a later appt. but the specialist only runs a morning clinic - it's an NHS referral, so I don't mind leaving at postman hours :D

Will do - sounds like a much better idea! Right, that's settled - no driving in London :D

Worth a punt, thank you. Much as I'd love a nice lazy ride in, the tickets are coming up as 120 quid. Probably use less then 40 in diesel, and iirc the tube tickets were 20-30 quid, so quite a saving

Was trying to avoid having to swap tube lines too - as I'd put money on me going wrong! The drive to Edgware doesn't seem too dissimilar, and at least I'll be on the correct line then

Hounslow West has/had a free car park right next to it, that's why we usually use that one.

Yeah, prices are mental, but so is fuel - but using the Wife's car means I can set my own schedule.
