I used a RTX2080Ti with a 4790K for a while and it was fine, no major overclock on the CPU, just 4.6GHz. So RTX3060Ti/RTX3070 or similar ? A good quad core CPU can still game quite well.

No doubt it makes for a great monitor if your desk is large enough. If only is was a 32" Monitor.... I did try a 40" TV quite a few years ago but couldn't get used to it, my desk just isn't big enough.
