Photo printers - how good are the Epson eco tank prints?

    That's probably the best option!

    Tried again today. Same story!

Can't pay a speeding fine. Can't get through.

Thanks for all the advice chaps. I've no problem in actually paying the fine. I did get caught speeding after all, even though I feel it is unfair due to the temporary limit which I didn't know about. But such is life. But not being able to get through to anybody, or to even pay online is crazy...

Can't pay a speeding fine. Can't get through.

Well, I may have to resort to something like that. Even though I don't own a chequebook anymore.

Can't pay a speeding fine. Can't get through.

That's 19 attempted phone calls, all get through to an auto message telling me to try later or email. I've sent an email - awaiting reply.

Can't pay a speeding fine. Can't get through.

Not quite as simple as me just changing my mind. The fine was In Warwickshire which is nearly 360 miles from me. I thought originally they were doing the courses online, but they are only doing them face to face. I only discovered this AFTER I had requested to do the course online.

Can't pay a speeding fine. Can't get through.

Received a fine in the post I was attempting to save myself £100 and 3 points by taking the course, but being up here in Scotland, I was informed I would have to travel to where the fine was issued, which is down south. It would end up costing me more to find accommodation and petrol. So I need...

Photo printers - how good are the Epson eco tank prints?

I don't know actually. I'm testing the water with this to see how many A3+ I can get out of a set. But I would be sceptical of 5000! Also, does the Epson use dye based or pigment based ink does it say? This can print on canvas and such like as a result. I'm not sure the Epson can, but I could be...

Photo printers - how good are the Epson eco tank prints?

I have just bought the Canon Pro 300 and it's excellent. It's a 10 colour-pigment based A3 printer, with a chroma cartridge for gloss/lacquer. I'm really pleased with the overall quality. It's better than Lab quality in my case. The inks can obviously be bought separately, and they're about £14...

Hell Let Loose...Company Of Hero's, meets FPS

Oh absolutely! Camping is the way to win in this game, and the way to get people's backs up in BF5 :D

Hell Let Loose...Company Of Hero's, meets FPS

I was gifted a copy last year, but I can't get into it. I struggle to find a server more often than not, but I have no real headphones, I think that's the biggest issue for me. I also don't understand it, by and large, which is ridiculous. I'm a level 180 in BF5 :D

Canon versus Epson large format photographic printers? A3+

Well we decided to buy, and have the 300 plus two sets of ink and some different media. The first A3 colour was absolutely amazing. I used the Canon ICC along with it's proprietary software, and it's worked well out of the box. I definitely need to experiment though as there are a lot of...

    [PIC_THREAD] Landscapes, Architecture, Seascapes

Ah cheers. I don't use PS, but I do use Affinity and Lightroom 6.14. Affinity can deal with stacks/astro etc, but I've yet to have any success. I think I need to have a play. Took this at the weekend. My first ever long exposure at a waterfall.

    [PIC_THREAD] Landscapes, Architecture, Seascapes

Fantastic! I really must start doing that myself. I've only been in a couple of situations where that would have benefited, but it looks great and I'd like to do more. Can you run through the stages for me? So is that four shots at different exposures, plus a focus shot on the sky in the...

Canon versus Epson large format photographic printers? A3+

ah the big brother to the 300. That looks like a mighty fine large format, but it's too rich for me. The 300 is not exactly cheap :D I'm also concerned about the coverage from the small ink cartridges. I've heard they are pretty decent, and value for money, but £140 for a set of 10 isnt exactly...

Canon versus Epson large format photographic printers? A3+

I've been doing quite a bit of research on the A3+ printers from both manufacturers. I will probably have to invest in one fairly soon, due to the increasing costs of print labs for larger format prints. I produce fine art/Giclee style stuff on high quality papers, ranging from A5 right up to...

    Commodore Amiga owners thread!

You've done really well to keep the stuff in top condition. I was quite surprised to see the magazine costing £6 though. It just brings back so many memories for me. I think the biggest add-on for me was the purchase of the Special Reserve Action Replay cartridge which I plugged in to the back...
