Well, tried applying the screen protector this morning (first time I've put one on anything)... Where the hell does all that dust come from! After repeatedly wiping it down I had it nice and clean, perfectly aligned and then as I put it down the biggest bit of fluff nestled under one of the...
Still play this occasionally with some mates as it's casual enough to get the non gamers in from time to time. With it coming to Switch I'll probably pick it up a bit more solo as well.
Cheers. Didn't think I was that fussed about upgrading any time soon but it definitely is worth it. I had thought I'd hold out for a nice special edition version later down the line but I quite like the white now it's in my hands.
Well, after a short lived price glitch on Currys I spontaneously have an OLED Switch arriving today. Still keeping my old V2 Switch for now, can I run the two in parallel on the same account rather than just transferring data across?
Having not had a screen protector on my old one and picking...
I'll preface this by saying I haven't heard our entry yet but, haven't we heard "this year is different we might do quite well" for the last 5-10 years or so? I doubt this year will be any different.
If the UK even gets into double digits on points I'll be very surprised. I'm sure it'll be a...
Highjacking this as I fancy some new wallpaper. Might just be because I'm browsing on my phone but can't find a way to search for ultra wide (3440x1440). Does signing up let you specify resolutions in a search?
For those of you who can't afford to waste the energy heating one up to temperature on an old fashioned bulb, why not consider making some of these instead which run off of an led? It'll only take a small investment to buy all the glass working equipment and required liquids but you'll be saving...
This is the crux for me. My wife still gets my (frankly excellent) company and also gets free choice of the TV, while I get to do what I actually want :D.
Although I'm not yet an owner, I'd actually disagree on the Steam Deck. To me it looks like a good device to own in parallel and...
Had my joycon repair arrive back today. 1 week from sending to returned wasn't bad. Interestingly there were two faults, main board which I'd suspected but also a faulty stick. Wonder if they just replace them as standard to avoid questions of drift for as long as possible.
Also looks like they...
I know this thread is a bit jokey but interesting reading people say that their brain can't keep up with how fast they're talking. For me it's kind of similar (though on reflection having written this it could be the opposite?) my brain never thinks ahead when I open my mouth. I don't plan a...
Managed to sub to a load of mods while on my lunch break, roll on the weekend! Nothing like spending the nicest days of the year so far glued to the PC.
Already got Satisfactory which is the main draw but a good excuse to get it on Steam. There are enough others in there to get me interested ignoring the donation side of things, with that it's a no brainer for me. Let the clogging of the Steam library commence!
There was someone who posted here quite a lot who was good at setting themselves a theme and having an idea in their head before starting. Ended up with some really interesting looking cities and not too much in the way of traffic issues. That's how I'll approach it this time I think
Must be about 2 years since I last played but been holding out for a longer period of free time to really sink into it. That's why I'm thinking a laptop might be a better idea now.
Gonna have to work out which are the go to mods again though. Assuming the various anarchy mods and traffic...
Anyone still playing? I really want to jump back into this but now I'm considering trying to find a laptop powerful enough to play it (with mods and assets of course) on the sofa. Is that a stupid idea? :D
