I bought the AOC last week and they are VERY good screens for the money.
At that price the AOC is an absolute bargain.
I own one and can whole heartedly recommend it.
The nice thing about 4k is that it sub-divides perfectly to 1080p.
So running a game at 1080p will look absolutely fine.

AOC are a European company so typically there stuff lands here first and then takes a good 6 months or so to show up in the US market, if at all....
