Pretty sure it's not got 64GB of RAM. That would be a beast.
You used to be able to update via iTunes and it needed less space.
Mine works with a tempered glass protector. Works badly, but no worse than when it wasn't on.
It runs a lot worse than the original without actually looking a whole deal better. Maps are bigger though which is a decent upgrade.

RAM is dirt cheap at the moment, 2x8GB 3200mhz is under £70. It was more than double that last year.
