The sapphire's build quality is really good imo, I remmeber having a Nitro+ RX 580 felt amazing to hold and touch.

I agree, but having said that, I cant remember the last time a graphics card failed on me.
You have to bare in mind the shroud on the Pulse is plastic too, it makes it look cheap.
