I'm similar, in terms of normal DOH, 180 is there or there abouts, yet can pull over 300 mixed lol.
I tried to be tactical about it and seems I can't count to 10 while lifting. Muppet lol

Oh and box squats are awesome when done right.

Was hard, next to no warm up then opened on 300, then 5 mins later pulled 310 then 2 mins later failed 315.
Only to be told bar weight...
