At default GPU tuning settings what is your stock gpu clock as displayed in Radeon Software?
Yes you just need to plug in the USB lead not the other one.
I believe all of those games should work okay on an older driver, so worth a try if you want to use HDR, but it's up to you.
I'll make sure engineering take a look at this.
Have you tried an older driver, starting with 19.12.1 and then trying earlier drivers? I have...
4 core cpu? I guess that would be a bottleneck in today's games which like 6/8 core cpus with SMT/HT.
What do you mean by turned off the software?
Start with 19.12.1 and go from there. You'll need to use the DX12 path in RDR2 for HDR i think.
try an eariier driver, think there is an issue with HDR atm. It did work previously for me in Red Dead on 5700 XT.
Yeah i did read that, will certainly test it and see if it makes a difference.
Seems like a lower TRFC gives you better memory reads, so...
Got my TRFC down to 285 with ease and got slightly better scores.
Various options to adjust the overlay can be found under the wheel cog > general section.
Performance > Tuning is your friend.
Junction temperature is displayed via Radeon Overlay (default hotkey Ctrl+Shift+O).
No, that sounds spot on.
Yep the difference in real world is really small from what i have seen.
The difference is the ram speed of 3800Mhz and FCLK of 1900Mhz i suspect. My memory is also 2x16GB of dual rank B Die. I can improve TRFC a bit...
I think that option is related to the power down option, which i have disabled. If yours is set to enabled i think that value will be higher....
Using the latency test...
What exact settings though, easy, latency etc?
Which test did you run?
