Another vote for the C1 there is nothing better at the moment.
Lets hope Sony will get there act together then and provide DSC support and VVR like the Xbox and PC does, but i won't hold my breath.
Cool glad you got it sorted i would never have thought of that
May be a silly question but did you flick the power switch on :p
Yes it mounted on a amazon basic monitor arm using the samsung supplied Vesa adapter bracket it make it flat like an other monitor mount.
I have the smaller M28U and a the 32" G7 and for gaming the G7 wins hand down the deeper blacks /contrast really shine through and for a VA panel...
Thanks but i managed to install it already from another site, funny how the NZ link is called LC32G75TQSEXXY
I have the Gigabyte M28U 4K IPS 144hz monitor but i actually prefer the G7 motion is better on this.
My G7 arrived this morning and my god this VA panel is rather impressive
Have a 32" G7 coming tomorrow so want to make sure its running the latest firmware version but i can't find it on the uk site, can i just...
The M32U has also received a firmware update to reduce input lag and improve performance....
This will probably come in at around £3000 no doubt
Yes it works fine with G-sync.
Like other have said above the GT 1030 with GDDR5 is the best your going to get some older models use GDDR4 so be careful when buying.
Xbox series X supports DSC so not a issue however the PS5 currently does not so this is why it says limited to chroma 4:2:0 in the specifications.
This monitor should be taken of sale until this issue is resolved by LG, They are basically selling a broken monitor.
VRR/ALLM firmware update is being rolled to Sony tv's in china currently so hopefully it won't be long until PS5 gets it too. Rumour is December.
Would probably just get the C1 now as the CX is always going to be second best as regards to future software updates.
Yes i would say 32" is the perfect size actually we need more 32" 4k monitors so yes.
Yes it also uses DSC but don't let it put you off you wont notice any difference in picture quality.
