Actually, the PS3 does not look good on a 4K TV - I've been discussing this on one of the recent PS3 threads here... the main issue being 'aliasing' or 'jagged edges'. Not sure if it's the issue of the picture being stretched, or not scaling properly (I'm no expert on resolutions) but yeah...

I'm 10 hours into book 1 of HWFWM and thoroughly enjoying it!

Just finished Malorie by Josh Malerman. It's the sequel to Bird Box (which I really enjoyed). Despite the ending seeming a bit rushed, I thought it was a decent enough read. Would have loved more clarity and answers surrounding the 'creatures' though.

I use bitwarden myself - but I'm wondering, how's everyone dealing with 2FA authentication? Mainly the backup passwords, is everyone storing those on their password managers or storing them somewhere physically?

Watched Rush Hour with the family - we were all cracking up in so many of the scenes, something we rarely do when watching netflix comedy movies (or any recently produced comedy movies in general), makes you wonder why older movies were able to deliver humour so well in contrast to what we have...

Are you having to reboot the whole system every few weeks? What about firmware updates - at least annually or bi-annually? I'm having to do all of this with the Asus mesh wifi systems...

Just got GTA San Andreas Definitive Edition (released on 15/12/23) on the iPad - no issues so far, plays really well, and I agree with @jklc, controller is definitely the way to go! I reckon they have sorted a lot of the old bugs/issues.

I'm with Smarty and if I'm not mistaken, they use Three's infrastructure, so as you can imagine, the signal is absolutely abysmal. :mad:

I've been using the Asus XT8s, and whilst they've been solid for the most part, I have to occasionally reboot the whole system or update the firmware (which takes ages on 3 units if you do it the proper way). Since OP is looking for the 'install and forget' kind of approach, I don't think Mesh...

Ive just watched the last episode and I agree - was happy with the ending. Man it feels like it’s been a long journey with this Anime, and we finally have some closure. Bravo to the team behind AoT!

You should check out “One Pace” which is basically a version of One Piece that has been condensed and trimmed down to just the pure canonical content. Not sure if they’ve gotten as far the latest episodes but they’ve done most of the series if I’m not mistaken.

Oh man, that’s so disappointing. We just can’t get these bloody USB adapters to work! Not sure if it’s worth trying a different brand at this point, perhaps these adapters don’t mesh well with all TVs… Have a read of this thread...

How are you guys dealing with the jaggies / aliasing that show up when playing the PS3 on a 4k TV? Would be interested to see if anyone has found a solution (other than those upscaling adapters that you can buy)

@dlockers So the TP-Link UE300 arrived today, I plugged it into my LG CX (I tried all the USB 2.0 ports) but no luck, I was only getting 30 - 50 mbps rather than 480mbps (I have a 500mbps connection). Anyway, I'm returning it to the seller, I think i got a faulty one or something or an...
