I sent some old kingston ram back last year that had gone bad and OCUK tested and then sent it off to the manufacturer's , i think it was going on the 3-5 week mark , but in the end i did get a replacement that came from OCUK , but unlike yourself this wasn't leaving me without a working PC ...

Well today i've received my warranty via email , i get a extended to 5yrs and direct RMA service plus 50 quid of next gen bonus , so i think this is money off my next upgrade ,eg motherboard ,which is a nice amount, so it was well worth the hassle of tracking down and registering .
