Me personally, I would just give the place a good clean and hire a carpet cleaner and do it myself. Or the alternative is to do what Edrof said and phone the landlord/letting agency for the details of the cleaners they use.

I don't think I could manage without an internet connection but I would feel the same way.

Just had a look at them but I don't think they would go in my case. The fan on them look to be at the top. My case has the PSU at the top so the fan would be blocked. Any other recommendations?

Well I know the 700W is crap. The 580W is a "X - Power GTx light 580W".

Is that the best for my price range. Sorry I'm clueless with GFX cards. I have a 580W PSU, will that be OK? I have another cheap 700W PSU sitting here if not.
