When I went in for the initial mortgage application they went through all of my bank accounts to make sure I had enough money for the house I was buying. They checked my savings accounts, asked me where the money came from etc. They were very thorough.

I could, but the bank wouldn't approve the mortgage if I'm £2000 short. They've already approved it at a lower figure but they said it would have to be sent for re-approval if the house price changes.

The house I'm trying to buy is just £2000 over budget and the buyer won't budge from the asking price :(

I think you can move the turrets to another settlement by highlighting them and then storing them in the workshop. Then go to the settlement you want to use it at and go to build a turret. Instead of building a new one it'll take out the one you stored away. I'm not sure having purified...

I don't really eat sweets and I got a Malteasers selection box, Thornton's Cappuccino truffles, a huge Hotel Chocolate slab, a box of Walnut Whips, a Terry's Chocolate Orange, a custard cream & white chocolate bar and a bake your own cookies set (just add butter). That was basically all I got :(

I've been outbid on the house I wanted, I'm really gutted :( we entered a bidding war and I outbid the other party a few times but it went over what I could afford. Still, at least I've cost them some money by pushing up what they were offering. Swines.

I've just had an offer accepted on a repossession, 20 days until exchange of contracts. I'm absolutely pooping myself in case someone offers more, which they quite likely will as it's at a very good price in a new development. 20 sleepless nights ahead for me, at least!

What a garden! It's my dream to have a massive, overgrown garden like that :cool:
