    360/420mm AIO cooler - mounting?

Hi all, thinking about going for an Arctic cooling AIO cooler for my Corsair 800D case - I know the case will support 360mm AIO rads, but I'm wondering if there's a different mounting size between 360mm and 420mm, or is it just the fan size that ships with the unit that's different and my case...

Is my rig strong enough to drive this GPU?

Many thanks - not totally familiar with the Thanks for the suggestions - I think I'm gonna get a card to tide me over until next year as an interim solution - is this one as mentioned above gonna give me good frames on my current rig @60Hz/2560x1600...

Is my rig strong enough to drive this GPU?

Thanks for all your responses - much appreciated. Yes, running a 3770k @ 4.6Ghz w/Hyper Threading. Entirely possible to wait until later in the year for the 7nm NV cards - when are they due? I was kinda thinking of offsetting the cost of a full upgrade till later in the year by buying the video...

Is my rig strong enough to drive this GPU?

Hi all, Have got an Ivy Bridge with HT enabled running at 4.6Ghz with 16GB RAM which is overclocked to 2400Mhz with tight timings which is pushing a GTX 780 which is also overclocked. All this is going through a 30 inch 60Hz monitor that's running a rez of 2560x1600 - obviously the GPU is...

    CPU/RAM/Mobo/AIO recommendation

Hi, Used to build a lot of OC machines but haven't spec'd a new build since the Ivy Bridge days. As such I'm looking at a new build to be used for gaming @60Hz on a 30 inch 2560x1600 monitor, along with running a lot of VM's/network simulation software so need virtualisation stuff. As such I'm...

    ***Intel i7 4790K Owners thread***

Sales of the 4770k's have been slow - this much we know. Intel did exactly the same thing with Sandy Bridge before releasing the 2700k - in the months leading up to it being released, they binned all the 2600k's they could that were easily hitting 5Ghz, then released them as 2700k's - this is...

Intel Haswell Refresh Processors Codenamed Devil’s Canyon – Launching in Mid 2014 With Unlocked Desi

@90 degrees C. Garbage. What about memory overclocking? Same as normal Haswell? Max 2400Mhz CAS 9 if you're pushing the CPU Mhz as well? Garbage, again. There hasn't been a good clocking, cool running chip since Sandybridge.

Me too. TSX-NI is very useful in specific circumstances.

Intel Haswell Refresh Processors Codenamed Devil’s Canyon – Launching in Mid 2014 With Unlocked Desi

I have specific uses for the chip, but am intrigued to understand the max clocks I'm going to get with a 24/7, high end air/water cooling solution. Memory speed is important as well. I'm thinking somewhere in the vicinity of 4.7/4.8Ghz with 2600Mhz+ CAS10 on the mem side of things? Or is the IMC...

8Pack takes 3D Mark Vantage Single Card World Record.

Haha - I know a box that does 1300w for just CPU, mobo, RAM and SSD! (And a weird cooling system) :D

EVGA GTX 780 ACX w/320.18 drivers?

What's the score with Precision X bumping the core mvolts by 38 or something? Surely that's gonna hurt temps, right, and does this tie in with the new drivers being flaky?

EVGA GTX 780 ACX w/320.18 drivers?

...so I've just bought one of these cards for delivery tomorrow, but have heard that heaps of folk have had issues with the above drivers - can I run 310/314 drivers instead of 320, or have any other GTX 780 owners had any problems with 320.18 at all? Cheers muchly in advance. :)

Nvidia 320.18 WHQL Display Driver is Damaging GPUs

No offence, but the temps I saw when running 320x could very easily have fried my GPU. Sorry, but that's just how it was. I was hitting an easy 85-90c - and this was only after a couple of hours playing bf3 with my fan profile running full power.

Nvidia 320.18 WHQL Display Driver is Damaging GPUs

+1 - I've got an EVGA GTX580 Classified running on 310.90 no problems after 320.x, and was experiencing seriously savage artifacts in BF3.

    4770 Hot Hot Hot

I've seen an ES 4770k under single stage running at 5.4Ghz, but the temps were STILL hitting +45C. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. Intel have CLEARLY designed (via crap TIM) these chips to not be overclocked vastly beyond their stock clocks - SB was the last decent overclocking chip without having to...
