    From IPS to TN, will I notice?

    For your purpose(web browsing, gaming and videos) why pay extra for the IPS panel. Although I picked up a U2311 on sale from Dell at $199 CDN. At that price its better than any TN.

    These sales do not happen frequently. Plus we pay 12% HST (VAT). This 12% has led to the ouster of the current Government and we are having a referendum on whether we will accept the tax. Our gas is now $1.10 per liter. Things are damn expensive here. :(

    Number 1 Gaming Monitor

    I have a 19 inch Samsung CRT and the difference between it and my U2410 is huge. One takes up the entire desk and the other a small corner. For a casual gamer, like me, I prefer the LCD.
