What are peoples thoughts of the 'Palit GeForce GTX 1060 Dual' I was going to get the MSI armor X but I've seen the Palit is a lot cheaper, and in stock. Are the fans reasonably quite when they spin up?

You're right, some files read a few GB. I'm fairly sure this has never been attached to anything other than my PC as backup storage, it's been a few years so I can't say for absolute certain but I can't image I could forget it. Cheers guys, please let me know if you think of anything.

I'm going to be patient and wait for a price drop on the MSI 1070 ARMOR version assuming they don't have bad reviews for coil whine. Anyone care to predict how long it might be before they drop in price?

I'm tempted to upgrade a monitor to 1440p dell 25" but with the change of resolution everything will be smaller. Like text etc so just wanted other peoples opinion on if this would be undesirable? I don't mind the physical size difference too much as I run a 22" dell with a 24" samsung atm...
