I have these tiles in a checker pattern on my garage floor (10 or so sqm) and they’re really good. Extremely strong and very scratch resistant. Only thing to note is that the colours come in at very slightly different sizes so be aware if you’re mixing and matching. You will need to consider the...
Yeah, that’s kind of it. I took that 50/50 approach and went side to side because the material is easier to handle on the short side, but you don’t need to glue the whole half at once. I was just doing about a foot at a time, rollering and then repeating for the next foot section. It’s pretty...
I have a very similar sized pent roof shed and I did this exact job from the roof itself with no issues. I don’t see how else you’d do it as you need to roller the glue down and then roller the rubber to make sure of no air bubbles.
i would have been 15-16 stone when I did it.
I originally...
Not really sure how else they could do it. I only had the 6 homes, although got years of home euro history.
Shame more tickets weren’t allocated which is the main problem.
Was lucky enough to to get a ticket in the ballot today and flights/hotel all sorted. Missed out on the previous 2 CL ballots.
Feeling very lucky as I’m at the fa cup final as well!
Quite how the tiler has left the job and deemed that acceptable is beyond me? Did he not coke up with any solution for it?
if there is a 35mm gap there is room to get a tile offcut in.
We’ve just battened some sections of wall to hide them but also give a modern look. Just use tantalised batten and you get 90% of the look of cedar etc.
To be honest, I’d try and look at this objectively as it’s probably going to happen regardless of what you think.
It’s not an unreasonable extension to be performing. It may be a slightly more dominating structure but will also give you more privacy? The extra overhang is neither here nor there...
Yeah, will do. Main thing I’m struggling with is actually sourcing a burner. Majority seem to be foreign or American suppliers. Anything available in the uk is astronomically price.
You can but that’s done by drilling a hole in one pane, washing out the cavity and then regassing and plugging it.
To replace the pane you’d basically have to break it apart. Probably cost more in labour than a new unit to even attempt it.
I’m no plumber but doesn’t look anything particularly wrong there. Where does the white pipe coming in from the right drain from?
Cant believe all that expanding foam is an acceptable finish.
