I wouldn't go for the trendy media walls with storage, fire etc. Purely hide it all behind a false wall. You're losing the space anyway as it will have a TV unit, speakers, sub etc, making it unusable space
I'd personally be inflling that recess with a false wall that sits flush with the edge of the patio doors. Can then recess the tv into the wall, integrate the speakers, Besta cupboard unit for AV equipment.
It'll also have the benefit of concealing the goalpost pillar to the left of the TV.
If both sets of deeds match it's purely a case of the land registry information being inaccurate. If you provide proof that both the deeds match they'll update their records. Details are below:

That's a pretty simple fix. Take the bath out, disc cut the tiles in situ back to the correct level then reinstall. I'd suggest also asking the siliconing of the bath isn't done by Stevie Wonder, it looks like an amateur has done it.
Any options involving cutting the bath panel are a botch and...
If you believe the land registry files are incorrect you can request they be amended. This post on HM Land Registry covers similar:

I had the exact same experience with the my plugbar. It started to become unreliable and wouldn't always turn on the slave devices.
There's no way I'd trust one to reliably do the cooling of my PC. What happens if you've left your PC running and the sensing fails and turns the slave plugs off?
Just bear in mind most of the sliding doors are 75cm wide as opposed to 50cm. Not convinced you'd get them in a 3 series.
This reminds me of the Thule van canopy I had delivered back in September. Clear instructions on the box to store flat, fragile etc, a £1200 awning and it arrived like this:
Bear in mind I'd imagine at least £1.5k of that cost will have been the charge for waste disposal. Clay soil isn't in demand and can easily be £60 tonne to dispose of. Obsviously less if you know a friendly farmer.
I'd argue under £1k in labour to transfer 30 tonnes of clay soil by hand and...
I joined around 1999 from my desktop PC in my parents living room to ask for advice on an issue I was having with DVD films stuttering. That film was Cruel Intentions(!) and the fix was enabling UDMA on the drive.
I then immediately re-joined post the nuke in 2002.
You are after a building surveyor, preferably one that is Chartered with RICS (MRICS) and that specialises in damp.

Most people seem to do one of the following:
- Grab adhesive
- Nail gun
- Battons fixed to the wall
- Wallpaper that looks like pallet wood
Given this trend of putting cheap rubbish wood on a wall is going to fade and look very dated in the future I'd suggest avoiding grab adhesive as it'll...
Johnstone Cova Plus is fantastic paint and is often recommended as one of the better paints to use. When you wipe the paint with a damp cloth does any of the paint finish come off? If it does I'd suggest it isn't Cova Plus.
You are reading far too much into this and focusing on feeling like it's accusing your mum of not paying her bills.
OVO will have simply input the actual reading into the system and it will have automatically recalculated when the energy was likely used. The alternative would be to bill you for...
Had to read it about 5 times but I think you're asking will a hot water tap boiler, bin and food caddy all fit in a 600 wide cupboard. Sounds very tight to me and will entirely depend on the spec/size of each unit.
The 3L boilers are fairly small and can be tucked right at the back, so the...
The worry for me with something like the fencemate is getting sufficient concrete tightly around it. Think I'd rather fill the hole with concrete then push in a u support with rebar.
I wouldn't personally use postcrete in your scenario. It's fine for resisting lateral movement when put around a post but the item you have linked relies on it being embedded within the material. The postcrete will likely break up over time. Given you are only filling a small hole I can't really...
Seems a lot of money for very little. I used to have a memory foam topper on my old mattress and it was <£50 but seem to have gone up a lot now. Once I'd changed our mattress it wasn't needed.
Personally I'd rather spend £400 (king size) on a new mattress than £165 on a thin topper that is...
I only buy sofas from outlets now. Most of their stock is from the big companies and are a combination of customer returns, cancellations and display models. You can spot the display models a mile off.
Sofas from DFS, Next etc are a rip off. I spend £3.5k on new sofas, I must have been mad at...
