Not really , i got dual-dvi and display port cable both come with the dell u2711 monitor. As I get no signal from dvi input but display port works fine . I thougt the dvi cable with Dell U2711 is broken so I get a new one (dual-dvi cable ) from OCUK. The new doesnt work too.

ok . got it done. seems like you have to install the windows twice ? Now I'm able to start install windows 7 without loading drivers or blar blar... much quicker than previous time. Hope my experience help those who have the same problem
