In the summer months my dog training classes are in a field next door to HMP Frankland.
There are some eventful training sessions when the inmates decide to kick off. They can make a hell of a racket.

I had GERD. Very nasty thing.
I always used to have mine just with throat spray, as the one time I had it without I felt totally out of control and made it worse. They key is to be able to control how you breathing and I couldn't regulate this...

I stopped using shower gel years ago because of all the plastic waste. I now just buy soap bars. No plastic and way cheaper - I get mine from somewhere called the funky soap shop - Lots of different flavours. Same for shampoo - Use their shampoo bars.

Last time I did yes. They just gave me £5 and organised the engineer. But whilst on the phone, it all came back to life. This is why I got suspicious about throttling. I will call them again the next outage we get.

Engineer came a week ago and said he couldn't find anything wrong with it.
The downtime is very sporadic, but usually resolves following a full power down - Not just of the router, but also the power which goes into the box from the outside wall...
