Thanks for all the advice folks i`m sure the CPU is fine so I guess it must be the motherboard I will RMA it and hope they can find a fault so they will replace it.

Hi there i`m back sorry I have not been online to ask advice for a few days I had important things to do. I tried resetting the cmos still no luck and the ram is new the psu is tested ive tried it without the graphics card, I am wondering if the processor is not compatible with the motherboard...

I`ve tried another screen i`ve tried one stick of RAM i`ve tested the psu on another system and the GPU is brand new so I don`t think it is that I will try resetting the cmos see if that helps.

I tried another monitor and I double checked all the wires its still not working, any more suggestions?
