I actually have and I've been following the threads on the ROG forum its no surprise that Asus have shocking customer support... OCUK have actually dealt with the rma for a few people.

Competitive prices probably won't arrive until at least March... Should just buy the Swift and if it does develop a fault RMA it... The process might suck but if you get a working replacement with no faults then that's all that matters.

Last year you had deals from the monday with something special each day. This year its going to be a mad rush on Thursday night to snap the best deal before it sells out. Hoping for some 970 deals and maybe an rog swift deal but that's probably doubtful! That 4k Samsung is a cracking deal...

OCUK should open them up and do some QC checks before sending them out as there are clearly common problems with them but you seem to get a few which are fine...
