i had the stains on mine too, but I've just left them alone for now,plus its not like I can see inside my case anyway :)

I managed to squeeze a little more out of my card and I think I've found the sweet spot. I don't really know how I did it, but for some reason after I updated windows it decided it could be pushed a little further. this is now stable after running Heaven Benchmark 4.0 on max settings

are you using the triple overvoltage options? I haven't touched the core voltage on mine, thinking it may help with getting better results. do you think could take a screenshot of your configuration.

are you using msi afterburner?

I've only been testing in Heaven 4.0 on extreme. The most I could achieve without crashing was +90mhz on the core clock and +75mhz on the memory clock. I'm really happy with my card as I've been relying on my old gtx 260 for some time now.

do you mind me asking what programs you were using to test these? ive never tried to OC a card before. i was using Heaven bench 4.0 on max settings and couldn't get more than +90mhz on gpu clock offset and +75mhz on the memory without it crashing.

finally replacing my gtx 260 :). I've been putting off upgrading due to lack of funds, but at this price it was a no brainer.

looks good to me, but i'd stick to windows 7

+1 to that, I also just had a "pumpkin pie" it was actually squash as an alternative. I think i prefer the traditional pumpkin version.
