o no my bad I didn't realise that that Prime95 was still running in the background :-p. All looks good now, that for the quick responses.

Just reloaded the OC Profile and checked with CPU-Z, it is running at 4.5 under load, I keep getting a warning now that the CPU is at 85 Celcious!! is this normal ?
