My Hazro (27" WD) monitor had the same problem. Mine went pop after two years so that's what probably happened to yours when it was at the pawn shop after some numbskull plugged it into a ghetto power extension or something.
I guess it's fixable, but you'd need to dismantle it and replace the...
Absolutely gutted right now. I bought my Hazro WD from Scan for £479.99 back in Nov 2011 (so still under warranty?) ... just a few months before the Korean ones popped up for much less. That's always annoyed me, but every time I turned the screen on I kinda didn't care any more.
Well until now...
Those who've sent a glass temptered monitor via courier, how much did it cost?
I have the WD Hazro, and to be honest, I rarely ever use it's extra features so I've been contemplating selling it and getting a Catleap instead....
Cancel and go for the Yamakasi CATLEAP Q270 that's being discussed in the other thread here.
OK it comes from Korea, but even then you'd probably get better returns support than Hazro. And you'd be paying less, even after duties, etc.
I have the Hazro 27" WD, paid £450 for it but I know if...
Something to enjoy on your monitor guys...

YouTube now have an 'original' quality option, and that video is a whopping 4096x2304. Looks glorious!
Good to hear!
My Hazro is from another retailer that's also renown for pathetically strict testing - the first one I bought had hundreds of stuck pixels and the screen would randomly start flashing with bizarre artifacts... and even after all those problems I still expected it to pass the...
You did get the WC model right? If so there's no calibrating at all for you to do as there's no OSD. My WC looked awesome out of the box... actually I've struggled to get my WD model to look as vibrant.
Are you sure you've got the backlight at the lowest setting btw? That was way too dim for...
It's too bright on the lowest brightness setting? When I had the WC I found the 2nd and 3rd brightnesses were the best for me. I have the WD model now and the brightness is at around 40%
I wouldn't recommend the TFT Central profile as they reviewed a non pre-calibrated screen. You shouldn't...
How useless is the Picture in Picture mode on this btw? One of the pro points of me getting one was I assumed I'd be able to run correctly scaled down sources on the screen (i.e. sky and the pc), but it actually just squashes them up... making it pretty damn pointless!
So let me get this straight, if you have JUST the Hazro connected, do you see bios, etc... and then it turns off once you get into Windows? If that's the case I'd say it's down to your Windows installation. If it never turns on it's either a dodgy dual-dvi cable (rare) or faulty monitor...
These...
This is exactly what happened to me, it took me about an hour to sort it out. I've never had a problem using any other monitors in a dual setup but the Hazro seems fussy for some reason, whether it's the monitor or a problem with DVI + DUAL-DVI setups I don't know :)
Seeing as the problems occur when your PC is off then I'd say it's either a faulty monitor power supply or a faulty plug socket - is it plugged into something like a 4-way plug adapter?
Have you tried it plugged into another PC?
It's not just here where the prices fluctuates like they do on these monitors. I personally think it's because Hazro simply don't supply as many monitors as say LG, Dell, etc so retailers can raise the prices when there's a lot of demand but not much stock. IMO it's exactly like what's happening...
The prices have gone up because Hazro aren't sending out new stock out til at least mid December so I gather OC are making the most out of the current limited supplies. I managed to get the WD model last week for £479.99 from another retailer, literally a day before the prices rocketed :)
The Iiyama ProLite B2475HDS can be had for around £185.
Digital Versus gave it an excellent review:

Yep. Apart from the aforementioned problems and the average contrast levels, the monitor has blown me away in pretty much every other aspect. Windows 7 looks like a completely different OS and Skyrim has been so much more enjoyable to play. I'd have also preferred an aluminium bezel to justify...
I've progressively gone from 20", to 22", 24" and now 27" and there was a noticeable difference in all 'upgrades'. There's a big price leap in IPS panels between 23" and 24" for some reason - the only real option on the plate at 24" is the Dell UltraSharp U2412M. But then you need to ask...
