So.... for those who are intersted, problem is now FIXED and I have issued myself the reward of beer. It's the CPU cooler. The god damn copper block that attaches to the actual CPU isn't flat and has a bulge in the middle area, so it was pressing down too hard on specific parts of the CPU...

Nope, the one that it was replaced with, was either out of warranty or I just cannot find the receipts. Next step is to take the entire PC out of the case and try again with a rebuild... So replaced with a brand new one.

Correct, but ever since I changed to an AIO about a year ago I can't dual channel :( It's still Corsair Vengeance, but it's the newer ones. Not sure if that means it's actually any different whatsoever. Not tried it outside the case and when I swapped the motherboards over I did it incase...

No banana. Tried some new 3600mhz 2x16gb sticks. Fine in slot B1 and B2. Anything in slots A1 or A2 and no boot. Just sat there.

The motherboard has been replaced, so unless I've gotten 2 mother boards with exactly the same issue, it's not that. The 4 X 8gb sticks are from 2 lots of the same RAM kits. Never the less, I've replaced the RAM now with new RAM and cleared CMOS. Still nothing for slots A1 and A2. There is...

One thing I've not tried is just having all 4 sticks in and just.. leaving the PC on overnight to see if it can somehow work past whatever issue it's having.

Can you give certain slots more power via BIOS then?

I've swapped components out including; cooler, CPU, GPU, motherboard. Tomorrow the RAM gets swapped out, but I don't have access to another PC to test my own components in.

I'll keep you updated if I manage to fix it, and I'm upping the bounty to 2 packs of beer now... !

I'm sure you've tried everything already, but checked to make sure your cooler isn't on too tight? That's what fixed this issue for one particular person on reddit ... but not for me :(

Correct. I could then use that same RAM stick, and put it in slot 3 and it boots just fine. If anything is in slot 1 and/or 2, I get a red DRAM light on my motherboard and it just fails to boot. This occours on my old motherboard with the 3700X and now on the new one with the 5800X. The RAM...

Yeah, I know they should be in slot 2 and 4, but that doesn't let me boot. Any RAM in slot 1 or 2, in any combination of other RAM slots used, means I cannot boot. I've got some more RAM coming tomorrow, so will test and update with that. Reseated the 3700X 3 times and the newer 5800X twice...
