Well yes I am losing IP addresses, it's going from 5 to one, I use more then one and have done since I took the service out with Zen 17 years ago.
The DNS changes are not a huge deal but it's all work I wouldn't of needed to do.

Yes that may be true but do you think it's reasonable for zen to do this? Someone has been using this service for over a decade and a half and they just drop me an email saying it's being taken away.

Zen are changing something in my original contract, it will break my email setup. I am not sure if you know but that config on its own takes time to change and replicate DNS over the internet, it will cause my email service to be unavailable for a period of time due to no fault of my own apart...
