For stereo I have the USB from my PC hooked up to
Meridian 818v3 DAC, streamer, digital pre amp which I also use to stream Tidal.
My main speakers for stereo are Meridian DSP 8000XE
I also run a Naim Solstice turntable.
For surround I run the hdmi from the pc to
Meridian UHD722 Hdmi processor...
Interesting setup. I generally use Tidal for music items which my dac has the ability to decode and render MQA. Then again also love my vinyl source also.
A good quality dac, headphone amp is defo worth it with top headphones absolutely agree with the above^^^
I run Meridian 818v3 dac into Meridian prime headphone amp with its own dedicated prime psu upgrade.
Roon is really great had it for years. Use it to stream to zones all round my house. It can unfold mqa if your equipment is not able to and is incredibly easy to use.
I use it for streaming both Tidal and my home music server stuff. Very reliable.

So your sources are digital from your pc?? I don't use my pc for streaming to my headphones.
Whats your source and headphone amp on the Clear MGs?? In the shop also what amp and source for demo?? Interested in what others are using as the headphone is only part of the story....

But you own a 1080ti... I bet you said this for the last 4 rounds of gpu launches. They are never cheap enough or fast enough or cool enough or quiet enough or you can't run em on a 12v duracell... If this card was below 1k you would not buy it....
It wont always be the same cores boosting high on each 13900K...... The Bios detects the better cores on boot up and those are the Performance cores with the better boost ratio.
