I removed all of my drivers and reinstalled them before running one card at a time. Stress tested them on Fire Strike without an issue. I haven't had anymore issues with them (touch wood). Thank you for all of your replies!

I was using MSI AB, I've reverted the overclock and everything. It wasn't even a taxing one! Hopefully it'll sort itself out.

I tried that lastnight, made no difference :( It seems to only mainly happen in SLI config. I'm going to stress test each card individually, is Heaven a good option for that?

It's frustrating more than anything! I don't have one at my disposal but I'm tempted to order one and try it out. I just don't see how replacing the motherboard rectified the issue for a solid 1-2 weeks and now it's back :(

A new motherboard has failed to rectify the issue, so it's either the CPU or PSU.. Ive managed to play BF1 since release without issues up until lastnight, my computer just restarted itself during a game, no BSOD. It's now in a restart loop when it gets to the Windows logo on startup.
